Our Mission
The Human Resources Department contributes to the overall mission of the Franklin County School Board by creating a supportive environment for faculty and staff. It is the mission of the human resource department to provide the following services to Franklin County Schools:

- Tranining to promote individual success & increase the overall value within the District.
- Provide a safe and healthy working environment.
- Increase employee morale through recognition, effective communication and feedback.
